Aggregate for central lubrication with grease and oil is used in two-line system. It is designed to work in the harshest conditions such as on the excavator surface mines, steel mills, cement plants etc. The tank can be set up with the level measurer with maximum and minimum levels of lubricants which can be used for automatic completion. Ultrasonic level measurer measures three levels of lubricant in the tank and its scope is made according to customer's needs. There are three possible sizes of tank- 50, 80 and 100 dm3. We recommend that you do the amendments using a supplement pump because of the purity of the lubricant and prevention from trapping air in the lubricant. Pump is piston and it works in three ways of flow and the operating pressure. Pressure gauge and safety valve prevent its overload. Lubricant is filtered and pumped into the hydraulic manifold grease. Hydraulic manifold is a managing control device. When the pressure in the main water reaches a preset value (50 - 300 bar), the system will automatically switch trunk lines and the micro switch will signal that the lubrication cycle is completed. After you turn on the pump, manifold will automatically charge the second highway lubrication with the lubricant and the cycle repeats. In this way it is possible to very easily manage the operations of the entire lubrication system.
